Printed Books and Materials
Shipping Timeline and Fees
We typically process and ship orders for physical products, printed books and timelines, from our Florida fulfillment center within three business days. Please note that during peak times, such as sales events, there may be a slight delay in shipping.
Our checkout system calculates shipping costs using live USPS and UPS rates based on your selected destination. We do not add any handling fees.
Shipping Methods
You have choices when it comes to shipping. Below are time estimates offered by the shipping provider. (Shipping times may vary depending on backorders, distance, holidays, and other factors. Pandia Press cannot guarantee these estimates.) SHIPPING ESTIMATES ARE CALCULATED FROM THE DAY SHIPPED.
Shipping Within the United States:
- USPS Media (Cheapest but slowest method. We’ve had delivery in 3 days, but it can take up to 3 weeks.)
- USPS Priority (1 to 3 days)
- UPS Ground (2 to 7 days)
International Shipping:
- USPS First Class Package International (4 lbs. and under. Time varies widely by destination.)

Returns and Backorders
Returning Shipped Products
Pandia Press Books does not accept returns of printed/shipped products. Instead we offer generous preview samples of our publications. We encourage customers to utilize our Try Before You Buy files to ensure a course is a good fit before making a purchase.
If you receive an incorrect product (i.e., an item that does not match your invoice), please contact us immediately at orders@pandiapressbooks.com.
Returning eBooks and Audiobooks
Once an eBook or audiobook has been delivered, we cannot process a return or cancellation. Therefore, refunds are not available for digital products. However, if you are unsatisfied with an eBook, we may issue credit for another eBook at our discretion.
Backorders
We work very hard to maintain a full inventory. Most backordered items are printed and made available one to two weeks of your order. On rare occasions, we might be out of an item for a few weeks. If you want to cancel a backordered item, please email orders@pandiapressbooks.com.
Downloads (eBooks)
Copyright abuses and unauthorized distribution and sharing
Copying , downloading, emailing, printing and distributing, or otherwise sharing or resale of eBooks is prohibited and in violation of copyright laws.
Printing any portion of an eBook for group, classroom, or co-op use is also prohibited without the proper licensing. (Contact us about group licensing.)
The purchaser of an eBook may print any portion for use with his or her own children. EBooks cannot be resold by the purchaser as new or “used curriculum.”
We urge our customers to avoid any copyright infringement of eBooks. We would like to be able to continue to provide eBooks for all of our courses. Copyright abuses and unauthorized distribution and sharing will jeopardize our ability to provide eBooks. Thank you for your cooperation!
Download and Delivery
Ebook download links are sent to the email address you have on record shortly after your payment is processed.
Download links are almost always emailed within minutes of payment. On rare occasions, delivery of links will be delayed several hours or days if a payment hasn’t cleared or there is an issue with your account. If you do not receive your download links within 24 hours, please contact info@pandiapressbooks.com
eBook Formats
All Pandia Press eBooks are in PDF format. They can be read, navigated, and printed right from your computer using Adobe Reader or from a handheld device. Adobe Reader is a free program that most people already have on their computer hard drives. Some interactive features of our eBooks require that you have the latest edition of Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader or need to upgrade, please visit the Adobe Reader Download page for access.
You will need access to a printer or note-taking application in order to complete the maps and worksheets found in Pandia Press eBooks. Some worksheets and all of the maps are not interactive on your computer screen. Print the maps and worksheets for student use.
eBook Returns
Once you have downloaded an eBook to your computer, there is no way to return it or cancel your order. Therefore, there are no refunds for eBooks. If you are unsatisfied with a course, we may issue credit for another eBook. We reserve the right to decide if credit will be issued.
Troubleshooting eBooks
Opening and Saving eBooks
When you receive the link, save it in My Documents or on your Desktop right from the get-go (don’t try to open it first and don’t rename it until after the download). If you open and then close an ebook directly from the download link without saving it, it will not be saved on your computer!
Printing Problems
If your eBook is not printing correctly, a problem with communication between your printer and the file is likely the culprit. To solve the problem try this:
- Open the PDF in Acrobat.
- Under File, select Print. Then select Advanced.
- You should now be looking at the “Advanced Print Set-up” screen. Look for “Print as Image” and check this box. Then select “OK” at the bottom to apply the setting.
Missing Page Numbers
In some of our eBooks you might notice some missing pages (i.e., the page numbers skip). YOU ARE NOT MISSING ANY PAGE CONTENT. Blank pages have been removed from some eBooks so your printer doesn’t waste paper on blank pages.
The RSO Student Pages are pulled from the main text. The page numbers correspond to a page from the main text. Therefore, the page numbers on RSO Student Pages are not contiguous.
Cancellation and Returns
Once an eBook or audiobook has been delivered, we are unable to process a return or cancellation. Therefore, refunds are not available for digital products. However, if you are unsatisfied with an eBook, we may issue credit for another eBook at our discretion.
